 - FHM is running only one club this session as a pilot to gather information about the interest in and feasibility of offering clubs in a Hybrid model.  In-person students enrolled in this club will be added to the After Care cohort.  They will transition from class to the tech lab at the end of the day with AC and then remain in the Tech Lab with Mr. Seth for the club while the AC students depart for recess.  Pickup from the club will be from 4:45-4:55 pm using the AC dismissal procedure unless the student is concurrently enrolled in Thursday AC (which dismisses up to 5:30 pm).  Remote students will sign on using Zoom starting at 3:45 pm and should expect to remain on the Zoom until 4:30 pm.  Students will access Soundtrap using Jeffco's EDU account and will have the opportunity to use the program independently as well as during club.  Students who are in-person during the school day are welcome to participate in club remotely if desired.  Due to health screening requirements and cohort size restrictions, remote students may participate remotely only.  If the school building is closed or a student is home due to quarantine and able to participate, the club will continue to be available remotely.  If Mr. Seth is unable to run a club meeting, he will provide independent work for those enrolled via email and in-person students will join AC for that day.  No refunds will be given once the minimum enrollment is met and payments are processed.  The minimum enrollment required for the club to run is 6 students and the maximum is 12 (combined in-person and remote).
