Overview of School Leadership Structure
There are three
leadership teams that together with the administrative team form the
core of the leadership and organization of FHM. Each leadership team
includes representation from both the community and school
administration. The administrative team works in concert with the three
leadership teams to further the mission of FHM in delivering a
comprehensive program grounded in Montessori educational excellence. The
following table provides a quick overview of each of the leadership
team responsibilities.

Annual School Performance Report
At the start of each school year, the Principal provides a School
Performance Report to the community, outlining how FHM students
performed on the statewide assessments during March of the previous
school year as compared with students in Jeffco and throughout Colorado.
Data from these assessments is used in formulating the school's
Unified Improvement Plan.
Annual State of the School Meeting
Each April, the FHM Leadership Teams host a State of the School
Meeting, where each group reports on their accomplishments for the year
as well as plans for the future. Click on the link below for the slides
from the most recent Annual State of the School Meeting.
Town Hall Meetings
Occasionally, the school leadership teams hold Town Hall meetings in
order to share important information or solicit community feedback in a
timely manner.
Getting Involved with a Leadership Team
Each year, three of our Leadership Teams solicit new members for
specific terms of service. Look here for information about how you can
get involved and fulfill your volunteer commitment through service on
the Board of Directors, the School Accountability Committee, or the
FHM Foundation.
