Enroll

1. Sign up for a school tour.
2. Apply for Choice enrollment through EnrollJeffco. 

Log into Enroll Jeffco during Round 1 Choice Enrollment to confirm your intent to return to Free Horizon Montessori.

1. Navigate to EnrollJeffco to submit an application. Follow the prompts and include Free Horizon Montessori as your top school choice.
2. Refer to your email and create an Infinite Campus parent and student profile following the instructions in your inbox. 
3. Receive your notification of acceptance. Offers for placement will begin going out in late January. You will be notified of an offer of enrollment through Enroll Jeffco which will be sent to your email. 
4. Complete enrollment paperwork. All enrollment and registration paperwork must be submitted in order to finalize placement.

• During the Round 1 process, enrollment in Jeffco schools is not determined on a first-come, first-served basis. As long as your student’s application is submitted by midnight by the end of the Round 1 window, he/she/they will be considered equitably with all other Round 1 applicants. Round 2 applications are processed as they are received.
• Families have three days to accept or decline an enrollment offer. If we do not hear back within the specified period, we will move on to the next child on our waitlist.
• Because we follow Jeffco’s enrollment procedures, we are unable to accommodate requests to allow enrollment decision extensions until after a parent attends a tour. We strongly encourage families to attend a tour before submitting a request through Enroll Jeffco, so that you know whether or not you will want the space when it is offered.
• If you are placed on a waitlist, you will remain on the waitlist and be sent an offer if space becomes available. If you accept a waitlist offer, any previously accepted offer is automatically void to allow other students the spot if needed.

Upon acceptance of an offer, you will receive an email with specific instructions on how to register online.

You will need a copy of: 

• Student birth certificate.
• Parent/guardian ID (driver's license, passport or Colorado ID).
• Proof of residency if you live in Jeffco (utility bill, etc). 
• A signed tuition agreement and first month's payment deposit (preschool and pre-K).

Further registration paperwork will be emailed to families in July or early August.
